Average Shipping Time? Shipping/delivery times vary across products as some items are shipped internationally vs domestically in the USA. We utilize two different methods of shipping. Standard Local Carrier Shipping and Drop-shipping. Standard Local Carrier Shipping for in-house, "In Stock, items is 3-5 business days and in 1-3 days Priority Standard Local Carrier Shipping for in-house, made-to-order items will vary based on the item and labour required for a custom project. Shipping and Delivery time ranges from two to four weeks or more depending on labour required for project completion. - Please read our section on Drop-Shipping for more information.
Drop-shipping & why we use it! We utilize drop-shipping to provide a variety of apparel, accessories, stationery, and overall art prints to you. Drop-shipping allows us to honour our sustainability mission by not housing surplus of items and instead creating a product when requested. Our drop-shipping partner has domestic and international warehouses from where our shop items are sent. On a fairly rare occasion, an item may be out of stock with one of our warehouses resulting in a temporary hold causing a delay in an order. If you have not received tracking info within 7-10 days of making your purchase, then please proceed to our Kreature Kare Section below.
Fulfillment Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days: - 2-7 business days for apparel products (t-shirts, jumpers, hoodies, dresses, etc.) - 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.) 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. Please note: - Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. The total delivery time includes fulfillment plus the estimated shipping time based on warehouse location. - Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 7 days.
Print & Dye Info As Harley's Attik and Dakota Harley Co. work with on-demand suppliers, we only produce items when an order is submitted via our shop, avoiding textile waste from overproduction. Our printing partner's high-quality printing tech creates almost no wastewaters and uses less energy than standard industry printers. Our apparel is printed with the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method. The printing tech we use is made with sustainability in mind, and our manufacturer's Kornit printers use almost zero wastewater and less energy than standard industry printers, lowering our carbon footprint. The inks we use for printing are vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals. Based on ink supplier guidelines, left-over ink is properly and carefully disposed. Harley's Attik and Dakota Harley Co. are dedicated to ensuring sustainability is woven into the fabric of our business so this extends to any and all partnerships, manufacturers, vendors, contributors that are connected to our company.
Production times Each product you see in our catalog is made on-demand, which means once you place the order, our domestic and international manufacturers start working to get it to you. It takes time for us to create and send out the product, but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we get to take care of you, and the planet we all share.
Textiles We are dedicated to sourcing and working with trustworthy partners who source quality natural, plant-based, and responsibly recycled natural and synthetic textiles, trims, and notions to create our apparel, accessories, and home décor. Animal textiles are accepted only for upcycled projects and collections.
