I have long wanted to share many of my favourite, personally crafted meals and recipes!
Many of my dishes are plant based, with the exception of select seafood and organic "happy" eggs, but please feel free to substitute your protein of choice. My focus is to help provide alternative and creative food ideas for those looking to balance their diets with something new.
If you're wondering, I am not a dietian or nutritionist and ultimately, I like to call myself an " I eat-what-I-wantarian". I personally don't feel the need to label my dietary habits much further past being an omnivore.
I would encourage anyone to eat according to your DNA and what works for you and your personal health.
